Whatever it is, you should really talk to someone. What about Dave? I'm sure that no matter what it is, your loved ones will be there for you. All I can say is, don't suffer alone. I've seen people put themselves through that and it isn't nice, for them or their loved ones. It more or less destroyed my last relationship. It wasn't why we split up, but it played a massive role.

Maybe they would be but im not the person that likes to talk about very personal stuff. After i did i get embarrassed and think why the hell did i do that . I know i should really clear my heart but its so so hard . I learned over the years that people can't always be trusted , specially the ones you think are your friends.

Damn, I'm sorry to hear that. But you should really confide in somebody. You shouldn't feel silly, because I'm sure your friends would be there for you and not judge you. Even talk to someone on here, that you trust. I wouldn't judge you and I'm certain none of the other guys n' gals would either. Hope all is okay anyway.
